Pool

To ensure all families and their guest(s) enjoy the swimming pool all residents and guest must observe pool rules. As a main amenity in Summerlyn, keeping the pool and the pool area tidy is a responsibility for the community.

The pool includes a shallow section for small children, and restroom facilities are onsite. The Summerlyn Community pool is managed by Swim Club Management Group and attendants will be onsite during week days and weekends.

Please note that NO LIFEGUARDS are on duty.

Please Note: The below form is intended exclusively for absentee owners. It is specifically for off-site property owners who are requesting an initial ADT pool form on behalf of their tenant.
